1. Conditions of registration in the Event
1.1. We inform you that this event is organized by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. (“BBVA”), a company with registered office at Plaza de San Nicolás 4, 48005, Bilbao (Vizcaya) and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Vizcaya, Volume 2083, Folio 1, Page BI-17-A, 1st inscription.
BBVA is a bank subject to the supervision of the Bank of Spain and is registered in the Administrative Registry of the Bank of Spain under number 0182. Tax Identification Number: CIF A-48265169.

1.2. By registering for this event (the “Event”), you accept these registration terms and conditions in their entirety. At the Event, the Organizer will be in charge of all matters relating to the preparation, promotion and communication.
1.3. The event will be in person. You must present for access to the Event the confirmation email of your registration to the same and abide by all measures provided by the organization in relation to the layout of the space and participation in the Event. You agree not to obstruct or hinder the development of the Event.
1.4. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event, even to cancel it if deemed appropriate, and also reserves the right to take any security measures it deems appropriate to increase the safety of attendees, in which case you will be duly informed.
1.5. You acknowledge that the Organizer holds and is the owner and/or legitimate licensee of the intellectual, industrial and any other property rights, including image rights, derived, directly or indirectly, from the activities that take place on the occasion of the celebration of the Event. Under no circumstances may you record the entire Event.
1.6. In the event that any of the provisions contained in these Conditions is declared null and void, it shall be withdrawn or replaced. In any case, such declaration of nullity shall not affect the validity of the rest of the provisions contained in the same.

1.8. These registration conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, and the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from them.
2. Processing of personal data
Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. (hereinafter, “BBVA“), with e-mail address contact.spark@bbvaspark.com and registered office at Plaza de San Nicolás 4, 48005, Bilbao (Vizcaya) will process your name and surname, e-mail, company and position and, if applicable, your National Identity Document number in order to manage the registration, organization and participation in the Event, control the security and attendance to the Event and send you non-commercial communications related to it. The basis of legitimacy is the execution of the legal relationship that we maintain with you when you voluntarily register for the Event by completing and sending the registration form, as well as your participation in it.
Likewise, BBVA will carry out, by itself or through third parties, photographic or videographic reports and interviews with image capture (hereinafter, the “Photographs”). For these purposes, BBVA may use your image and/or voice (i) for the necessary period of time as long as they are relevant and remain valid and (ii) for internal and external dissemination of the Event Photographs, on a non-exclusive basis and with the right to authorize third parties (including, by way of example and without limitation, the entities that make up its Business Group, the entities of the BBVA Group, the BBVA Group of Companies, the BBVA Group of Companies, the BBVA Group of Companies, the BBVA Group of Companies and the BBVA Group of Companies), the entities that make up its corporate Group), without territorial limitation by its own or third parties’ means, in projection at events, public or institutional relations, technologies related to cell phones and the Internet -with download or streaming-, video uploading and viewing portals, social networks, corporate Intranet, email, internal document sharing systems (e.g. Google Drive), creation of podcasts for distribution on own or third-party websites and/or other platforms, on own or third-party websites, in BBVA’s apps and apk’s, either internal or from customers, own and third-party press and media, etc., always respecting the moral rights of authorship. The basis of legitimacy for the processing of the image and/or voice in the terms previously indicated is the express consent expressed in the registration of the event.
We will keep your personal data for this specific treatment for a maximum period of three years from the end of the Event or, if you have given us your express consent for any of the purposes covered in this legitimate basis, until you withdraw it or until the treatment of your information is no longer considered relevant. We will keep blocked those personal data necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as during the periods of legal prescription for the exclusive effects of claims or legal actions. After this period, your personal data will be destroyed. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third party unless legally required. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability by sending a request to the following email address: contact.spark@bbvaspark.com. In any case, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
